Personal Declaration

My personal definition of the novelty of an idea always completes with a significant contribution to problems that we are facing in our personal, group and societal contexts. Moreover, envisioning my future research endeavors and work preference. I am looking into the cross-disciplinary exploration of social issues at various levels with primarily focusing on Human Factors and psychology. I also have a keen interest in Leadership, Personality, Performance, Entrepreneurship, Islamic Work Ethics, and Islamic Microfinance research.

  • Won Startup Research Grant as Co-PI, Awarding Body: HEC: 8-June, 2017, Research Area: “The role of internal control systems and Government Policies on Mushrakah Growth”
  • Chairperson, Community Service Committee at NDU since Fall-2020. Under my leadership, new curriculum of Community Service Course developed and successfully managed CS Course at five departments of NDU.  
  • During the past three years, in Community Service Course, students has completed more than 80 projects worth 3 million rupees raised and management by students themselves.
  • As a Focal Person Community Service Club, the CS
  • club of NDU has distributed items worth PKR 4,91,200/- to 103 families in nine different regions of 2022 floods.
  • Best Research Paper Award for “Role of Ethical Leadership in Climate Change: Evidence from Pakistan" (Abstract ID: AIC-2020-FMM-35) presented at the 6th ASIA International Conference. Malaysia. 18-20 Dec., 2020
  • HEC Approved Supervisor.
  • As a part of INGO team conducted a post distribution survey of Northern Areas Earthquake representing Islamic Relief Pakistan

X-Member of Pakistan Women Cricket Team. Played first Women World Cup at India.
