My personal definition of the novelty of an idea always completes with a significant contribution to problems that we are facing in our personal, group and societal contexts. Moreover, envisioning my future research endeavors and work preference. I am looking into the cross-disciplinary exploration of social issues at various levels with primarily focusing on Human Factors and psychology. I also have a keen interest in Leadership, Personality, Performance, Entrepreneurship, Islamic Work Ethics, and Islamic Microfinance research.

Chairperson, Community Service Committee at NDU since Fall-2020. Under my leadership, new curriculum of Community Service Course developed and successfully managed CS Course at five departments of NDU.
During the past three years, in Community Service Course, students has completed more than 80 projects worth 3 million rupees raised and management by students themselves.
